What is the League of Women Voters?

The League of Women Voters encourages informed and active participation in government and influences public policy through education and advocacy. It is a non-partisan organization open to all citizens of voting age, both women and men.

The League was founded in 1920 as the outgrowth of the 72-year long struggle to win voting rights for women in the United States.

League meetings are open to everyone. Come to meetings without obligation. We meet in the Hondius Room of the Estes Park Public Library on the second and fourth Wednesday mornings, September through May.  Meeting notices are published in the Estes Park Trail Gazette, Estes Park News, and on this website.
